These Terms govern use of the Alpha Home Services website, service-request communications, and participation in our SMS and MMS text messaging program.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.alphaservicellc.com, your communications with Alpha Home Services, and your participation in Alpha Home Services' SMS and MMS text messaging program. By using our website, submitting a service request, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you acknowledge these Terms. Additional written estimates, service agreements, financing agreements, warranties, invoices, or work authorizations may apply to specific services.
1. Alpha Home Services
Alpha Home Services provides residential and commercial services that may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, indoor air quality, maintenance, inspection, installation, repair, and related services.
2. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with website operation or security, access restricted systems or data without authorization, submit false or unlawful information, use automated systems to scrape or disrupt the website, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use website content in violation of law or another party's rights.
3. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. Website content is general information and may not reflect the specific conditions of your property, equipment, or system. It does not replace an on-site inspection, diagnosis, written estimate, or professional recommendation. Service availability, pricing, promotions, product specifications, and financing options may change.
4. Estimates and Service Authorization
An appointment request or website submission does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of a job. Estimates are based on reasonably observable conditions. Concealed, inaccessible, hazardous, code-related, or unexpected conditions may require additional work. Material prices and availability may change, scope changes may require additional authorization, and permits, inspections, engineering, remediation, or third-party services may be billed separately when applicable. An executed proposal, service agreement, or work authorization controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
5. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide accurate scheduling and contact information and safe, reasonable access to the service location. Appointment times may be affected by emergencies, weather, traffic, job conditions, parts availability, technician availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Cancellation, missed-appointment, dispatch, diagnostic, or after-hours charges may apply when disclosed.
6. Pricing and Payment
You agree to pay authorized charges according to the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or financing arrangement. Deposits may be required. Past-due balances may be subject to lawful collection activity. Returned-payment or chargeback costs may be charged where permitted. Financing is subject to approval and separate provider terms.
7. Warranties
Applicable warranties will be described in the relevant proposal, invoice, manufacturer documentation, membership agreement, or service contract. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to registration, maintenance, installation, ownership, and other requirements. No oral statement modifies a written warranty unless confirmed by Alpha Home Services in writing.
8. SMS and MMS Text Messaging Program
Program Description
Alpha Home Services may send appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and technician-arrival updates, service-status and customer-support communications, estimate, invoice, payment, and account information, maintenance and follow-up reminders, customer review and feedback requests, promotional offers, seasonal notices, marketing communications, and other business communications related to your relationship with Alpha Home Services.
Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number through a clearly disclosed opt-in process and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize Alpha Home Services and its service providers acting on its behalf to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to that number. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent applies only to Alpha Home Services and the communications described when you enroll.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Do not provide a telephone number unless you are the subscriber, customary user, or otherwise authorized to provide consent for that number.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to enroll in or receive messages through the Alpha Home Services SMS and MMS text messaging program. You must also be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or be authorized by the subscriber to provide consent for that number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on service activity, appointment status, requests, account activity, and promotional participation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Alpha Home Services does not charge a separate program enrollment fee.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Alpha Home Services may also recognize CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive one final confirmation message. No additional marketing text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent. If you want to join the messaging program again after opting out, submit our service-request form and select the applicable SMS consent checkbox as you did the first time. Where permitted by law, Alpha Home Services may still respond to messages you initiate or communicate through another method regarding active appointments, requested services, safety matters, billing issues, or other transactional matters.

Changing or Reassigning Your Number
You agree to notify Alpha Home Services before disconnecting, transferring, or reassigning a mobile telephone number enrolled in the program and understand that an opt-out request may be necessary before transfer.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed. Participation requires a text-message-capable mobile device and wireless service and may not be available through every carrier, device, or plan.
Privacy
Information collected through the text messaging program is governed by the Alpha Home Services Privacy Policy, intended to be published at https://www.alphaservicellc.com/privacy-policy . No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Program Changes or Termination
Alpha Home Services may change, suspend, or discontinue its text messaging program or a program feature. When required, we will provide notice of material changes.
9. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
When you voluntarily provide a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other feedback, you represent that it is accurate and does not violate another person's rights. Alpha Home Services will obtain any consent required by law before using a customer's identity, image, or testimonial in advertising.
